30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Amberly Candle Warmer Lamp. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

How to Return

Email us at creesellc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement at no charge.
